Clyde joined AJW Group as Chief Executive Officer of AJW Aviation in 2022, bringing a wealth of global knowledge gained during his lifelong career in logistics. In 2023, his position expanded to the role of CEO of both AJW Aviation and AJW Technique.
After completing his studies at university, he began his career in logistics, acquiring hands-on experience in all aspects of logistics, freight, and supply chain. This led him to his most recent role as CEO of EV Cargo, a supply chain solution and technology business. Now bringing his expertise to AJW, he shares the Group’s passion for driving digital transformation to ensure aviation efficiency. Clyde is no stranger to aviation, with his former company moving airfreight cargo on almost every air corridor around the world.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport and is focused on aligning key strategic initiatives with financial planning to achieve business success and growth. Clyde believes that building collaborative teams, nurturing talent, and creating a positive culture are keys to success, not only within the Group but with its partners as well.
Before moving to West Sussex with his family, Clyde lived in Twickenham, where he fulfilled his passion for rugby and followed his favourite team, the Harlequins. As a qualified rugby coach and former back row player, being within walking distance of Harlequin’s games at the Stoop and Twickenham Stadiums was a pleasure.

As Head of PBH, David is responsible for the management of and service delivery to our contracted PBH & Pool Access customers and co-ordinates all operational support.
David joined AJW in 2007 after six years at British Airways and British Mediterranean Airways. His excellent customer service skills, together with supply chain and technical knowledge, always enable him to deliver a high level of support beyond customer expectations.

Dean joined AJW in 2015 as a 145 Warehouse Inspector. Over the years, he has displayed remarkable growth and dedication, excelling in various roles across the SIM team and Warehouse Operations Management. His commitment to operational excellence and customer-centric leadership has been instrumental in maintaining AJW’s high service levels and shaping the efficiency of our warehouse operations.
In his current role as Warehouse and Production Director, Dean oversees and drives the growth of our warehouse operations. He is responsible for ensuring seamless warehouse management across multiple sites, maintaining compliance with industry regulations, and guaranteeing that inspected parts meet strict quality standards before being dispatched to our global customer base.
Dean’s career trajectory is a testament to his dedication and expertise. His extensive experience spans material planning, predictive maintenance, procurement, warehouse management, aircraft component inspection, and Part 145 compliance, making him a key leader within AJW’s global team.

Based at AJW Technique in Montreal, Diluk joined the Group in 2025 as a Sourcing Specialist, supporting the procurement of rotatable components to meet the demands of the Group’s MRO operations.
Drawing on procurement experience gained in the aerospace defence sector, Diluk specialises in supplier sourcing, market analysis, and the timely, cost-effective acquisition of both as-removed (AR) and serviceable (SV) components and parts.
He holds a Supply Chain Management degree from the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University, is recognised for his analytical mindset, and ability to build strong, collaborative supplier relationships.

Evette has over 25 years of experience at AJW and has acquired extensive knowledge of all aspects of the business. Initially, she worked in Sales, transferring to the commercial department where she restructured and created AJW's successful commercial function.
In her current senior leadership role, Evette is the focal point for all commercial activities. She develops tailor-made customer solutions from a wide range of services (including cost-per-flight hour programmes). At the same time, her team manages the entire tender process from the Request for Proposal (RFP) to contract implementation. Evette ensures a dedicated commercial manager is assigned for ongoing contract management throughout this process.

As CRO Manager, Georgina oversees the direct support and management of the CRO team. Her responsibilities include managing team KPIs, presenting ideas for continuous improvement, and ensuring effective cost management and supplier performance. A strong leader who is particularly adept at communicating with internal and external stakeholders, she strives to maintain excellent working relationships.
Georgina joined AJW in 2016 as a Core Customer Service Executive, bringing a wealth of customer service experience. She then moved to the Tactical Buying & Expediting (TB&E) Team progressing to the role of Senior Customer Repairs Team Leader before being appointed to her current role. She has completed several leadership training programmes, which have enabled her to hone her people management skills.

As Head of Strategic Sourcing Management, Lauren is responsible for evaluating supplier tenders and negotiating contracts for some of the company's largest investments, such as our solar project and logistics tenders. She also leads the execution of the AJW Procurement Strategy for the Component Repair and Overhaul team.
An MCIPS Chartered Procurement Professional with 20 years’ experience in strategic procurement, Lauren is a proactive, confident, and dynamic individual adept at managing commodities, negotiating contracts and nurturing supplier and stakeholder relationships.
When not at work, Lauren loves travelling the world, keeping active with Yoga, hiking, and paddle boarding, and relaxing at home with a good book and a cup of tea.

With over 25 years of experience at AJW, Lindsay has acquired a holistic understanding of the company’s operations. Initially working in Sales, she transferred to Commercial and then Sales Operations as Manager. Included in her current role as Head of Asset Management, she manages all aspects of 3rd Party Consignment stock, from the arrival of the material to the management of components, and co-ordinates the commercial contractual reporting requirements, delivering performance reporting and building lasting relationships with our consignors.
Most recently, Lindsay joined the Major Assets Team bringing her versatile skill set, extensive Quantum knowledge, and a problem-solving mindset to the team. As a seasoned professional, she is perfectly placed to manage and deliver solutions to the Major Asset environment.
Holding a bachelor’s degree in Management and Public Policy from Brighton University, Lindsay completed the Advancing Women in Aerospace Leadership Program in 2022 and enjoys growing her knowledge and skills in AJW’s Major Asset world.
When not at work, Lindsay enjoys making the most of living near the South Downs, walking her dog, and taking in the fresh air and views. She’s also a keen skier and loves hitting the slopes (when she gets the chance!).

Louis brings over 25 years of international operational and strategic expertise to his role as President of AJW Technique, AJW Group’s world-class MRO facility located in Montreal, Canada.
His career in aviation began at Bombardier, where he progressed from quality assurance to General Manager Operations. His ability to speak English, French, and Spanish has been instrumental in leading multidisciplinary teams and overseeing numerous site transfers across China, Japan, Mexico, Morocco, Northern Ireland, Taiwan, and the United States.
Joining AJW Technique as Senior Vice President in September 2021, Louis guided the facility through its post-pandemic resurgence, demonstrating his leadership and unwavering commitment to excellence. His career includes significant contributions as MRO Workgroup President of Aéro Montréal, supporting Quebec's aerospace cluster to enhance cohesion, optimise competitiveness, and drive sustainable growth in the region.
Outside the professional sphere, Louis channels his mental stamina and rugged determination into competing on the Ironman triathlon circuit, exemplifying his dedication and endurance in all facets of life.

Senior Buyer – Rotables
Miles joined AJW in 2013 as a Purchasing Executive and has risen through the ranks to become Senior Buyer in the AJW Rotables Team. Miles directs AJW Group’s rotable purchasing strategy, identifying the stock we need to support our PBH contracts and other trading, while developing and maintaining excellent relationships with our supply base.
Holding a CIPS Level 4 Diploma in Procurement and Supply, he is also responsible for sourcing and purchasing our rotable material and managing the contractual purchasing for leasing activity that runs alongside our PBH agreements.
When he’s not in the office, Miles stays active by playing basketball and hitting the gym. He’s also a big fan of travelling and loves nothing more than ticking a new country off his bucket list.

Describing herself as Spanish with a deep love for British culture, Noelia Hernandez moved back to the UK in September 2012 and joined AJW in August 2014. Her AJW career began in sales, but she was quickly given the opportunity to develop and support a new service within the company. Her role involved supporting several airlines to efficiently return numerous aircraft at the end of lease transitions, helping them meet lease conditions, and offering on-site support.
She later moved into a role as Material & Assets Management Executive, and now, as Strategic Asset Manager, leads AJWs partnership with Honeywell. Her role involves trading, strategic purchasing, lease management, reviewing technical data, commercial evaluations and decisions, and management of components to maximize the return on investment (teardown, owned, consigned, etc.).
Having graduated as a Laboratory Technician in Spain, Noelia moved to the UK to improve her English, but once starting her career at AJW never returned to science - she believes she is an engineer at heart!
In her spare time, Noelia loves to read and has a passion for all things food related. She loves sports, travelling, British TV shows, and deep conversations.

Paul joined AJW in 2023 as VP Account Management, later moving into his current role as Head of Supplier Management. Leveraging his key account management experience spanning more than 25 years, he is responsible for building and enhancing strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
With a Post-Graduate Diploma in Industrial Sales & Marketing from Loughborough University, Paul has extensive experience working with foreign entities and executives across the globe and uses his command of international business practices to reinforce these professional relationships.
Prior to joining AJW, his roles included VP Commercial at Elix Aviation, Director of Sales at Thales InFlyt Experience™, and Business Director at BAE Systems.
When he’s away from the office, Paul is an enthusiastic sports player and spectator having played tennis, rugby, cricket, golf, and padel at a competitive level. He also loves skiing in the winter, surfing (badly) in the summer, and is even a qualified scuba diver. A man of many talents!

Scott leads the Group’s commercial strategy across its diverse business lines, including all sales, revenue, contracts, procurement, and supplier management. With 36 years of experience in leasing, airlines, OEM, and MRO sectors, he has built and led high-performing commercial, sales, and marketing teams. Scott holds an Executive MBA with Distinction and is passionate about fostering partnerships that unlock growth and operational excellence to transform aviation efficiency across the industry.
Prior to joining AJW, Scott led the commercial, sales and marketing functions of a Dublin based aircraft lessor. Having developed the commercial team and built the platform to manage an 80 aircraft portfolio, Scott is committed to AJW’s mission to transform aviation efficiency. Starting his aviation career straight from school as an apprentice aircraft fitter at BAE SYSTEMS, he made quick progress at the company, becoming a licensed aircraft maintenance engineer, and then transferring to Toulouse to join technical support before moving into commercial roles. After 20 years at BAE, he moved to Athens to initiate Europe’s biggest ever start-up airline, Olympic Air, where he negotiated multiple aircraft leases, PBH and support contracts as well as starting the third-party MRO business. After, he relocated back to Scotland to set up and implement the aircraft leasing support strategy for the company which is now Collins Aerospace.
Outside of work, Scott loves to travel and is a passionate supporter of his national rugby team, attending all home games at Murrayfield and he can also be found at Scotstoun supporting the Glasgow Warriors.

SVP Customer Service for AJW, with over 21 years’ experience, Simon joined AJW in 2001 starting his aviation career in logistics overseeing all daily routine courier shipments. He transitioned to operations management, implementing and running a remote warehouse of 50,000 sq. ft. He followed this with a 12-month term as an AOG (Aircraft on Ground) shift manager working the full end-to-end AOG process, from quote through to procurement and all aspects of the operations cycle, from picking to logistics.
Simon returned to the logistics department managing the team for several years. After signing a major contract in 2015 he moved into contract management. As the key account manager for the Group’s largest customer, Simon handled all operational and commercial aspects of the contract including MRO, technical, logistics, operations, procurement, finance, and commercial. In 2020, he took full ownership of Contract Services, responsible for over 600 aircraft.
Simon enjoys spending time with his family, watching movies, eating out, and weightlifting. He has a lifelong passion for combat sports with extensive training in judo, kickboxing, Muay Thai, Krav Maga, and boxing, and practises BJJ (Brazilian jiu-jitsu) alongside his daughter.

With over 25 years of experience at AJW, Lindsay has acquired a holistic understanding of the company’s operations. Initially working in Sales, she transferred to Commercial and then Sales Operations as Manager. Included in her current role as Head of Asset Management, she manages all aspects of 3rd Party Consignment stock, from the arrival of the material to the management of components, and co-ordinates the commercial contractual reporting requirements, delivering performance reporting and building lasting relationships with our consignors.
Most recently, Lindsay joined the Major Assets Team bringing her versatile skill set, extensive Quantum knowledge, and a problem-solving mindset to the team. As a seasoned professional, she is perfectly placed to manage and deliver solutions to the Major Asset environment.
Holding a bachelor’s degree in Management and Public Policy from Brighton University, Lindsay completed the Advancing Women in Aerospace Leadership Program in 2022 and enjoys growing her knowledge and skills in AJW’s Major Asset world.
When not at work, Lindsay enjoys making the most of living near the South Downs, walking her dog, and taking in the fresh air and views. She’s also a keen skier and loves hitting the slopes (when she gets the chance!).

His career in aviation began at Bombardier, where he progressed from quality assurance to General Manager Operations. His ability to speak English, French, and Spanish has been instrumental in leading multidisciplinary teams and overseeing numerous site transfers across China, Japan, Mexico, Morocco, Northern Ireland, Taiwan, and the United States.
Joining AJW Technique as Senior Vice President in September 2021, Louis guided the facility through its post-pandemic resurgence, demonstrating his leadership and unwavering commitment to excellence. His career includes significant contributions as MRO Workgroup President of Aéro Montréal, supporting Quebec's aerospace cluster to enhance cohesion, optimise competitiveness, and drive sustainable growth in the region.
Outside the professional sphere, Louis channels his mental stamina and rugged determination into competing on the Ironman triathlon circuit, exemplifying his dedication and endurance in all facets of life.

Miles joined AJW in 2013 as a Purchasing Executive and has risen through the ranks to become Senior Buyer in the AJW Rotables Team. Miles directs AJW Group’s rotable purchasing strategy, identifying the stock we need to support our PBH contracts and other trading, while developing and maintaining excellent relationships with our supply base.
Holding a CIPS Level 4 Diploma in Procurement and Supply, he is also responsible for sourcing and purchasing our rotable material and managing the contractual purchasing for leasing activity that runs alongside our PBH agreements.
When he’s not in the office, Miles stays active by playing basketball and hitting the gym. He’s also a big fan of travelling and loves nothing more than ticking a new country off his bucket list.

Describing herself as Spanish with a deep love for British culture, Noelia Hernandez moved back to the UK in September 2012 and joined AJW in August 2014. Her AJW career began in sales, but she was quickly given the opportunity to develop and support a new service within the company. Her role involved supporting several airlines to efficiently return numerous aircraft at the end of lease transitions, helping them meet lease conditions, and offering on-site support.
She later moved into a role as Material & Assets Management Executive, and now, as Strategic Asset Manager, leads AJWs partnership with Honeywell. Her role involves trading, strategic purchasing, lease management, reviewing technical data, commercial evaluations and decisions, and management of components to maximize the return on investment (teardown, owned, consigned, etc.).
Having graduated as a Laboratory Technician in Spain, Noelia moved to the UK to improve her English, but once starting her career at AJW never returned to science - she believes she is an engineer at heart!
In her spare time, Noelia loves to read and has a passion for all things food related. She loves sports, travelling, British TV shows, and deep conversations.

With a Post-Graduate Diploma in Industrial Sales & Marketing from Loughborough University, Paul has extensive experience working with foreign entities and executives across the globe and uses his command of international business practices to reinforce these professional relationships.
Prior to joining AJW, his roles included VP Commercial at Elix Aviation, Director of Sales at Thales InFlyt Experience™, and Business Director at BAE Systems.
When he’s away from the office, Paul is an enthusiastic sports player and spectator having played tennis, rugby, cricket, golf, and padel at a competitive level. He also loves skiing in the winter, surfing (badly) in the summer, and is even a qualified scuba diver. A man of many talents!

With 36 years of experience in leasing, airlines, OEM, and MRO sectors, he has built and led high-performing commercial, sales, and marketing teams. Scott holds an Executive MBA with Distinction and is passionate about fostering partnerships that unlock growth and operational excellence to transform aviation efficiency across the industry.
Prior to joining AJW, Scott led the commercial, sales and marketing functions of a Dublin based aircraft lessor. Having developed the commercial team and built the platform to manage an 80 aircraft portfolio, Scott is committed to AJW’s mission to transform aviation efficiency. Starting his aviation career straight from school as an apprentice aircraft fitter at BAE SYSTEMS, he made quick progress at the company, becoming a licensed aircraft maintenance engineer, and then transferring to Toulouse to join technical support before moving into commercial roles. After 20 years at BAE, he moved to Athens to initiate Europe’s biggest ever start-up airline, Olympic Air, where he negotiated multiple aircraft leases, PBH and support contracts as well as starting the third-party MRO business. After, he relocated back to Scotland to set up and implement the aircraft leasing support strategy for the company which is now Collins Aerospace.
Outside of work, Scott loves to travel and is a passionate supporter of his national rugby team, attending all home games at Murrayfield and he can also be found at Scotstoun supporting the Glasgow Warriors.

SVP Customer Service for AJW, with over 21 years’ experience, Simon joined AJW in 2001 starting his aviation career in logistics overseeing all daily routine courier shipments. He transitioned to operations management, implementing and running a remote warehouse of 50,000 sq. ft. He followed this with a 12-month term as an AOG (Aircraft on Ground) shift manager working the full end-to-end AOG process, from quote through to procurement and all aspects of the operations cycle, from picking to logistics.
Simon returned to the logistics department managing the team for several years. After signing a major contract in 2015 he moved into contract management. As the key account manager for the Group’s largest customer, Simon handled all operational and commercial aspects of the contract including MRO, technical, logistics, operations, procurement, finance, and commercial. In 2020, he took full ownership of Contract Services, responsible for over 600 aircraft.
Simon enjoys spending time with his family, watching movies, eating out, and weightlifting. He has a lifelong passion for combat sports with extensive training in judo, kickboxing, Muay Thai, Krav Maga, and boxing, and practises BJJ (Brazilian jiu-jitsu) alongside his daughter.

Clyde joined AJW Group as Chief Executive Officer of AJW Aviation in 2022, bringing a wealth of global knowledge gained during his lifelong career in logistics. In 2023, his position expanded to the role of CEO of both AJW Aviation and AJW Technique.
After completing his studies at university, he began his career in logistics, acquiring hands-on experience in all aspects of logistics, freight, and supply chain. This led him to his most recent role as CEO of EV Cargo, a supply chain solution and technology business. Now bringing his expertise to AJW, he shares the Group’s passion for driving digital transformation to ensure aviation efficiency. Clyde is no stranger to aviation, with his former company moving airfreight cargo on almost every air corridor around the world.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport and is focused on aligning key strategic initiatives with financial planning to achieve business success and growth. Clyde believes that building collaborative teams, nurturing talent, and creating a positive culture are keys to success, not only within the Group but with its partners as well.
Before moving to West Sussex with his family, Clyde lived in Twickenham, where he fulfilled his passion for rugby and followed his favourite team, the Harlequins. As a qualified rugby coach and former back row player, being within walking distance of Harlequin’s games at the Stoop and Twickenham Stadiums was a pleasure.

Drawing on procurement experience gained in the aerospace defence sector, Diluk specialises in supplier sourcing, market analysis, and the timely, cost-effective acquisition of both as-removed (AR) and serviceable (SV) components and parts.
He holds a Supply Chain Management degree from the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University, is recognised for his analytical mindset, and ability to build strong, collaborative supplier relationships.

She develops tailor-made customer solutions from a wide range of services (including cost-per-flight hour programmes). At the same time, her team manages the entire tender process from the Request for Proposal (RFP) to contract implementation. Evette ensures a dedicated commercial manager is assigned for ongoing contract management throughout this process.

As CRO Manager, Georgina oversees the direct support and management of the CRO team. Georgina joined AJW in 2016 as a Core Customer Service Executive, bringing a wealth of customer service experience. Scott leads the Group’s commercial strategy across its diverse business lines, including all sales, revenue, contracts, procurement, and supplier management. With 36 years of experience in leasing, airlines, OEM, and MRO sectors, he has built and led high-performing commercial, sales, and marketing teams. Scott holds an Executive MBA with Distinction and is passionate about fostering partnerships that unlock growth and operational excellence to transform aviation efficiency across the industry.
Prior to joining AJW, Scott led the commercial, sales and marketing functions of a Dublin based aircraft lessor. Having developed the commercial team and built the platform to manage an 80 aircraft portfolio, Scott is committed to AJW’s mission to transform aviation efficiency. Starting his aviation career straight from school as an apprentice aircraft fitter at BAE SYSTEMS, he made quick progress at the company, becoming a licensed aircraft maintenance engineer, and then transferring to Toulouse to join technical support before moving into commercial roles. After 20 years at BAE, he moved to Athens to initiate Europe’s biggest ever start-up airline, Olympic Air, where he negotiated multiple aircraft leases, PBH and support contracts as well as starting the third-party MRO business. After, he relocated back to Scotland to set up and implement the aircraft leasing support strategy for the company which is now Collins Aerospace.
Outside of work, Scott loves to travel and is a passionate supporter of his national rugby team, attending all home games at Murrayfield and he can also be found at Scotstoun supporting the Glasgow Warriors.

SVP Customer Service for AJW, with over 21 years’ experience, Simon joined AJW in 2001 starting his aviation career in logistics overseeing all daily routine courier shipments. He transitioned to operations management, implementing and running a remote warehouse of 50,000 sq. ft. He followed this with a 12-month term as an AOG (Aircraft on Ground) shift manager working the full end-to-end AOG process, from quote through to procurement and all aspects of the operations cycle, from picking to logistics.
Simon returned to the logistics department managing the team for several years. After signing a major contract in 2015 he moved into contract management. As the key account manager for the Group’s largest customer, Simon handled all operational and commercial aspects of the contract including MRO, technical, logistics, operations, procurement, finance, and commercial. In 2020, he took full ownership of Contract Services, responsible for over 600 aircraft.
Simon enjoys spending time with his family, watching movies, eating out, and weightlifting. He has a lifelong passion for combat sports with extensive training in judo, kickboxing, Muay Thai, Krav Maga, and boxing, and practises BJJ (Brazilian jiu-jitsu) alongside his daughter.

Wilmer brings over 25 years of experience in the aviation industry, with a career spanning key leadership roles across the region. Before joining the Group, he served as Maintenance Planning & Control Production Manager and Contracts Negotiator at Avianca, where he gained extensive expertise in operational planning, contract management, and customer engagement.
With a bachelor’s degree in business and a strong background in airline operations, Wilmer has built his career on collaboration, trust, and understanding. Clyde joined AJW Group as Chief Executive Officer of AJW Aviation in 2022, bringing a wealth of global knowledge gained during his lifelong career in logistics. In 2023, his position expanded to the role of CEO of both AJW Aviation and AJW Technique.
After completing his studies at university, he began his career in logistics, acquiring hands-on experience in all aspects of logistics, freight, and supply chain. This led him to his most recent role as CEO of EV Cargo, a supply chain solution and technology business. Now bringing his expertise to AJW, he shares the Group’s passion for driving digital transformation to ensure aviation efficiency. Clyde is no stranger to aviation, with his former company moving airfreight cargo on almost every air corridor around the world.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport and is focused on aligning key strategic initiatives with financial planning to achieve business success and growth. Clyde believes that building collaborative teams, nurturing talent, and creating a positive culture are keys to success, not only within the Group but with its partners as well.
Before moving to West Sussex with his family, Clyde lived in Twickenham, where he fulfilled his passion for rugby and followed his favourite team, the Harlequins. As a qualified rugby coach and former back row player, being within walking distance of Harlequin’s games at the Stoop and Twickenham Stadiums was a pleasure.

Dean joined AJW in 2015 as a 145 Warehouse Inspector. Over the years, he has displayed remarkable growth and dedication, excelling in various roles across the SIM team and Warehouse Operations Management. His commitment to operational excellence and customer-centric leadership has been instrumental in maintaining AJW’s high service levels and shaping the efficiency of our warehouse operations.
In his current role as Warehouse and Production Director, Dean oversees and drives the growth of our warehouse operations. He is responsible for ensuring seamless warehouse management across multiple sites, maintaining compliance with industry regulations, and guaranteeing that inspected parts meet strict quality standards before being dispatched to our global customer base.
Dean’s career trajectory is a testament to his dedication and expertise. His extensive experience spans material planning, predictive maintenance, procurement, warehouse management, aircraft component inspection, and Part 145 compliance, making him a key leader within AJW’s global team.
Outside of work, Dean cherishes quality time with his son and daughter and is an avid sports enthusiast who enjoys attending live events. His passion for aviation is an important aspect of his career and a hobby he enthusiastically pursues in his personal life.

Based at AJW Technique in Montreal, Diluk joined the Group in 2025 as a Sourcing Specialist, supporting the procurement of rotatable components to meet the demands of the Group’s MRO operations.
Drawing on procurement experience gained in the aerospace defence sector, Diluk specialises in supplier sourcing, market analysis, and the timely, cost-effective acquisition of both as-removed (AR) and serviceable (SV) components and parts.
He holds a Supply Chain Management degree from the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University, is recognised for his analytical mindset, and ability to build strong, collaborative supplier relationships.

Evette has over 25 years of experience at AJW and has acquired extensive knowledge of all aspects of the business. Initially, she worked in Sales, transferring to the commercial department where she restructured and created AJW's successful commercial function.
In her current senior leadership role, Evette is the focal point for all commercial activities. She develops tailor-made customer solutions from a wide range of services (including cost-per-flight hour programmes). At the same time, her team manages the entire tender process from the Request for Proposal (RFP) to contract implementation. Evette ensures a dedicated commercial manager is assigned for ongoing contract management throughout this process.

As CRO Manager, Georgina oversees the direct support and management of the CRO team. Georgina joined AJW in 2016 as a Core Customer Service Executive, bringing a wealth of customer service experience. She then moved to the Tactical Buying & Expediting (TB&E) Team progressing to the role of Senior Customer Repairs Team Leader before being appointed to her current role. She has completed several leadership training programmes, which have enabled her to hone her people management skills.
When not immersed in the world of aviation, Georgina enjoys spending time with family and friends and jetting off to relaxing holidays. She also enjoys attending concerts and ensures she always has one to look forward to!

An MCIPS Chartered Procurement Professional with 20 years’ experience in strategic procurement, Lauren is a proactive, confident, and dynamic individual adept at managing commodities, negotiating contracts and nurturing supplier and stakeholder relationships.
When not at work, Lauren loves travelling the world, keeping active with Yoga, hiking, and paddle boarding, and relaxing at home with a good book and a cup of tea.

With over 25 years of experience at AJW, Lindsay has acquired a holistic understanding of the company’s operations. Initially working in Sales, she transferred to Commercial and then Sales Operations as Manager. Included in her current role as Head of Asset Management, she manages all aspects of 3rd Party Consignment stock, from the arrival of the material to the management of components, and co-ordinates the commercial contractual reporting requirements, delivering performance reporting and building lasting relationships with our consignors.
Most recently, Lindsay joined the Major Assets Team bringing her versatile skill set, extensive Quantum knowledge, and a problem-solving mindset to the team. As a seasoned professional, she is perfectly placed to manage and deliver solutions to the Major Asset environment.
Holding a bachelor’s degree in Management and Public Policy from Brighton University, Lindsay completed the Advancing Women in Aerospace Leadership Program in 2022 and enjoys growing her knowledge and skills in AJW’s Major Asset world.
When not at work, Lindsay enjoys making the most of living near the South Downs, walking her dog, and taking in the fresh air and views. She’s also a keen skier and loves hitting the slopes (when she gets the chance!).

Louis brings over 25 years of international operational and strategic expertise to his role as President of AJW Technique, AJW Group’s world-class MRO facility located in Montreal, Canada.
His career in aviation began at Bombardier, where he progressed from quality assurance to General Manager Operations. His ability to speak English, French, and Spanish has been instrumental in leading multidisciplinary teams and overseeing numerous site transfers across China, Japan, Mexico, Morocco, Northern Ireland, Taiwan, and the United States.
Joining AJW Technique as Senior Vice President in September 2021, Louis guided the facility through its post-pandemic resurgence, demonstrating his leadership and unwavering commitment to excellence. His career includes significant contributions as MRO Workgroup President of Aéro Montréal, supporting Quebec's aerospace cluster to enhance cohesion, optimise competitiveness, and drive sustainable growth in the region.
Outside the professional sphere, Louis channels his mental stamina and rugged determination into competing on the Ironman triathlon circuit, exemplifying his dedication and endurance in all facets of life.

Miles joined AJW in 2013 as a Purchasing Executive and has risen through the ranks to become Senior Buyer in the AJW Rotables Team. Miles directs AJW Group’s rotable purchasing strategy, identifying the stock we need to support our PBH contracts and other trading, while developing and maintaining excellent relationships with our supply base.
Holding a CIPS Level 4 Diploma in Procurement and Supply, he is also responsible for sourcing and purchasing our rotable material and managing the contractual purchasing for leasing activity that runs alongside our PBH agreements.
When he’s not in the office, Miles stays active by playing basketball and hitting the gym. He’s also a big fan of travelling and loves nothing more than ticking a new country off his bucket list.

Describing herself as Spanish with a deep love for British culture, Noelia Hernandez moved back to the UK in September 2012 and joined AJW in August 2014. Her AJW career began in sales, but she was quickly given the opportunity to develop and support a new service within the company. Her role involved supporting several airlines to efficiently return numerous aircraft at the end of lease transitions, helping them meet lease conditions, and offering on-site support.
She later moved into a role as Material & Assets Management Executive, and now, as Strategic Asset Manager, leads AJWs partnership with Honeywell. Her role involves trading, strategic purchasing, lease management, reviewing technical data, commercial evaluations and decisions, and management of components to maximize the return on investment (teardown, owned, consigned, etc.).
Having graduated as a Laboratory Technician in Spain, Noelia moved to the UK to improve her English, but once starting her career at AJW never returned to science - she believes she is an engineer at heart!
In her spare time, Noelia loves to read and has a passion for all things food related. She loves sports, travelling, British TV shows, and deep conversations.

Paul joined AJW in 2023 as VP Account Management, later moving into his current role as Head of Supplier Management. Leveraging his key account management experience spanning more than 25 years, he is responsible for building and enhancing strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
With a Post-Graduate Diploma in Industrial Sales & Marketing from Loughborough University, Paul has extensive experience working with foreign entities and executives across the globe and uses his command of international business practices to reinforce these professional relationships.
Prior to joining AJW, his roles included VP Commercial at Elix Aviation, Director of Sales at Thales InFlyt Experience™, and Business Director at BAE Systems.
When he’s away from the office, Paul is an enthusiastic sports player and spectator having played tennis, rugby, cricket, golf, and padel at a competitive level. He also loves skiing in the winter, surfing (badly) in the summer, and is even a qualified scuba diver. A man of many talents!
